Welcome to Vizora ("Application" or "Platform"), an enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics platform owned and operated by VIMANOTECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("VimanoTech", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vizora through the web application, Google Play Store application, Apple App Store application, or any other authorized platform. By accessing or using Vizora, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Vizora
Vizora is an enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics platform designed for financial institutions, Loan Service Providers (LSPs), NBFCs, banks, fintech companies, and enterprise organizations.
The Platform enables authorized users to access dashboards, reports, analytics, operational insights, and business intelligence across lending operations, collections, marketing performance, customer engagement, and related enterprise functions.
Vizora is intended solely for business and enterprise use. It is not a consumer lending application and does not provide loans, credit, financial advice, or investment services.
2. Eligibility
You may use Vizora only if:
1. You are authorized by an organization that has entered into a commercial agreement with VimanoTech.
2. You possess valid login credentials issued by your organization or VimanoTech.
3. You comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Unauthorized use of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
1. Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
2. Restricting unauthorized access to your account.
3. Promptly notifying your administrator or VimanoTech India of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.
You are solely responsible for all activities performed through your account.
4. Permitted Use
Vizora may be used solely for legitimate business purposes, including:
1. Viewing dashboards and analytics
2. Accessing business reports
3. Monitoring operational performance
4. Exporting reports where permitted
5. Managing authorized enterprise operations
You agree to use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
1. Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Platform.
3. Copy, distribute, or reproduce the software without written permission.
4. Upload malicious software or harmful code.
4. Circumvent security mechanisms.
5. Share login credentials with unauthorized users.
6. Use automated scripts or bots to scrape data without authorization.
7. Use Vizora for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Enterprise Use
Vizora is designed exclusively for enterprise customers.
The Platform is not intended for individual consumers seeking loans, credit approval, investment advice, or financial products.
Access is granted only to authorized users of subscribing organizations.
7. Data & Privacy
Vizora processes enterprise business data provided by authorized organizations.
The Company processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Organizations remain responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to collect, process, and share data made available within Vizora.
8. Device Permissions
Depending on the features enabled by your organization, Vizora may request access to certain device permissions, including:
1. Storage
2. Notifications
3. Internet connectivity
These permissions are requested solely to enable authorized business functionality and are used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Analytics & Reports
Dashboards, reports, charts, visualizations, and analytics are generated from customer-authorized data sources and integrated enterprise systems.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure reliable processing, VimanoTech does not guarantee that reports or analytics are always complete, accurate, or error-free.
Organizations should independently verify important business information before relying on it.
10. Intellectual Property
Vizora, including its software, source code, user interface, documentation, trademarks, graphics, logos, reports, and related content, is owned by or licensed to VimanoTech.
No intellectual property rights are transferred to users except the limited right to use the Platform under these Terms.
11. Third-Party Services
Vizora may integrate with third-party services, APIs, cloud platforms, communication providers, mapping services, analytics providers, or enterprise software.
VimanoTech is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services.
12. Availability of Services
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Platform.
However, services may occasionally be interrupted due to:
1. Scheduled maintenance
2. Security updates
3. Infrastructure upgrades
4. Network failures
5. Third-party service outages
6. Events beyond our reasonable control
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
13. Compliance with Google Play & Apple App Store Policies
If Vizora is downloaded through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store:
1. Users must comply with all applicable platform terms and policies.
2. Nothing in these Terms modifies or supersedes the terms of Google or Apple.
3. Users remain responsible for complying with the applicable policies governing the distribution platform through which Vizora is obtained.
14. Updates
Vizora may periodically receive updates, bug fixes, security patches, feature enhancements, or performance improvements.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated version and these Terms.
15. Suspension & Termination
VimanoTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:
1. These Terms are violated.
2. Unauthorized or fraudulent activity is detected.
3. Required by law.
4. Requested by the subscribing organization.
5. Necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination, access credentials may be disabled immediately.
16. Disclaimer
Vizora is an enterprise analytics and reporting platform.
Vizora does not:
1. Offer consumer lending services.
2. Approve or reject loans.
3. Determine customer eligibility for credit.
4. Provide financial advice.
5. Provide legal advice.
6. Provide investment recommendations.
The Platform is intended solely to provide enterprise reporting, business analytics, data visualization, and operational monitoring for authorized organizations
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VimanoTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of Vizora.
Business decisions made using reports, dashboards, analytics, or other information available through the Platform remain the sole responsibility of the user and their organization.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
19. Changes to These Terms
VimanoTech may modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will become effective upon publication unless otherwise specified.
Continued use of Vizora after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
