Welcome to ColleX ("Application", "App", or "Platform"), a field collection and customer visit management application provided by VIMANOTECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("VimanoTech", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

ColleX is a business-to-business technology platform provided to organizations for managing authorized field collection agent activities, customer visits, follow-ups, payment-link sharing, visit records, collection tracking, and related operational activities.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ColleX through the mobile application, web application, or any other authorized platform.

By accessing or using ColleX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms

1. About Vizora

ColleX is an enterprise field collection and visit management platform provided to organizations for use by their authorized collection executives, field agents, supervisors, managers, and other designated personnel.

The Platform may provide functionality including:

Customer visit management
Assigned loan/collection case management
Customer contact and communication
Visit scheduling and follow-ups
Route and navigation assistance
Location-based visit tracking
Payment-link sharing
Payment status tracking
Recording of nil or missed payments
Visit notes and outcomes
Collection history
Attendance and time tracking
Travel and odometer tracking
Customer and reference information
Collection performance dashboards

ColleX is a technology and operational management platform. It does not itself provide loans, credit, financial products, or financial advice.

2. Business-to-Business Use

ColleX is provided to organizations under business or commercial arrangements with VimanoTech.

Access to the Platform is intended for authorized users of subscribing organizations, including collection teams, field executives, supervisors, managers, and other personnel designated by the organization.

ColleX is not intended to be used by individual consumers for obtaining loans or financial products.

3 User Eligibility and Authorization

You may use ColleX only if:

You are authorized by an organization using ColleX.
You have been provided valid login credentials.
Your organization has authorized you to perform the activities available through the Platform.
You comply with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.

VimanoTech may restrict or disable access where authorization is withdrawn, employment or engagement ends, credentials are invalidated, or access is otherwise no longer permitted by the organization.

4. User Account and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users must:

Use only their own authorized account.
Keep passwords and OTPs confidential.
Not share login credentials with another person.
Immediately report suspected unauthorized access.
Ensure that their device is protected against unauthorized use.

The organization administering ColleX may control user access, roles, permissions, assigned cases, and other account-related settings.

5. Organization Responsibilities

The organization using ColleX is responsible for:

Authorizing its users.
Ensuring that users are appropriately trained.
Providing lawful and accurate customer and loan information.
Determining which customer accounts are assigned to collection personnel.
Ensuring that collection activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Ensuring that customer information uploaded or accessed through ColleX is lawfully obtained and processed.
Establishing appropriate collection procedures and communication practices.

VimanoTech provides the technology platform and does not independently determine which customers should be contacted, visited, or pursued for payment.

6. Customer and Loan Information

ColleX may display information supplied by the subscribing organization or its integrated systems.

Depending on the organization's configuration, this may include:

Customer name and contact details
Loan information
Outstanding or overdue amounts
Repayment information
Due dates
Payment status
Visit details
Follow-up history
Customer references
Authorized address information
Collection notes and outcomes

The availability and accuracy of such information depends on the data provided by the subscribing organization and its connected systems.

7. Customer Visits and Collection Activities

ColleX enables authorized users to manage and record customer visits.

Users may be able to:

View assigned customer visits.
Schedule visits.
Select an authorized visit location.
Navigate to a customer location.
Record arrival at a location.
Add visit notes.
Record visit outcomes.
Schedule follow-ups.
Capture permitted photographs.
Record payment-related outcomes.
Share authorized payment links.

Users must conduct all customer interactions professionally and in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and the policies of their organization.

ColleX does not authorize or permit harassment, intimidation, threats, coercion, misrepresentation, or unlawful collection practices.

8. Payment Links and Payments

ColleX may allow authorized users to share payment links generated by the subscribing organization or an integrated payment service.

ColleX may display payment status received from the relevant payment system or organization.

VimanoTech does not itself guarantee, process, authorize, settle, or hold customer payments unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.

Users must not:

Alter or manipulate payment links.
Create unauthorized payment requests.
Misrepresent payment status.
Request payment through unauthorized channels.
Collect or retain customer funds outside approved organizational procedures.

Payment disputes, refunds, failed transactions, settlements, and payment-related complaints should be addressed through the relevant organization or payment service provider.

9. Location and Navigation Services

ColleX may use device location services to support authorized functionality such as:

Customer visit navigation
Route tracking
Visit arrival verification
Location-based visit records
Field activity monitoring
Travel distance calculations

Location information may be collected while using relevant features and, where configured by the organization and permitted by applicable law, may be used to record field activity.

Users should enable location permissions where required for the corresponding functionality.

Location data will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and the organization's authorized use of the Platform.

10. Camera, Photos and Odometer Capture

Certain ColleX features may require access to the device camera, including:

Odometer capture
Authorized visit documentation
Permitted customer visit records

Users should only capture photographs that are necessary for the authorized business purpose.
Users must not capture, upload, or distribute inappropriate, unlawful, or unrelated photographs through ColleX.

11. Calls and Customer Communication

ColleX may provide functionality allowing authorized users to contact customers through an integrated or device-based calling facility.

Call-related information may be recorded for operational purposes, such as:

Call date and time
Call outcome
Follow-up status
Interaction records

ColleX does not automatically grant permission to record or monitor conversations. Any call recording or monitoring must be separately enabled and conducted in accordance with applicable laws, consent requirements, organizational policies, and the relevant device or communication service.

12. Data and Privacy

ColleX may process personal information, customer information, location information, operational records, and other business data on behalf of subscribing organizations.

The Company will process information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

The subscribing organization is responsible for determining the lawful purpose and basis for processing customer information through ColleX and for providing any required notices or obtaining required permissions or consents.

Users must not use ColleX to access, collect, disclose, or process information beyond the scope of their authorized responsibilities.

13. Device Permissions

Depending on the features enabled by the subscribing organization, ColleX may request access to device capabilities including:

Location
Camera
Internet/network access
Notifications
Phone/calling functionality
Storage or file access, where required for authorized functionality

Permissions are requested to support specific application functionality.

Users may manage permissions through their device settings. Certain features may not function if the required permission is disabled.

14. Attendance, Clock-In and Travel Tracking

ColleX may provide functionality for:

Clock-in and clock-out
Attendance records
Odometer verification
Travel distance tracking
Time logs
Field activity records

Such information may be used by the subscribing organization for workforce management, field activity monitoring, operational reporting, and related business purposes.

Users should ensure that information submitted through these features is accurate.

15. Route and Navigation Information

Route recommendations, distance calculations, estimated travel times, and navigation information may be provided through third-party mapping or navigation services.

Such information is provided for operational convenience and may change due to traffic, road conditions, mapping updates, network availability, or other factors.

Users remain responsible for following applicable traffic and safety laws while travelling.

Users must not use the application while driving in a manner that creates a safety risk or violates applicable law.

16. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Access customer accounts or information without authorization.
Use ColleX for unlawful collection activities.
Harass, threaten, intimidate, or coerce customers.
Misrepresent themselves or their organization.
Manipulate payment status or collection records.
Falsify visit, attendance, location, or travel information.
Upload unauthorized or misleading information.
Share customer information with unauthorized persons.
Circumvent access controls or security mechanisms.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application.
Introduce malware or malicious code.
Scrape, copy, or extract data without authorization.
Use automated tools to interfere with the Platform.
Use ColleX for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

17. Accuracy of Information

ColleX displays information received from subscribing organizations, integrated systems, users, and third-party services.

VimanoTech does not guarantee that information originating from these sources will always be complete, current, accurate, or error-free.

Organizations and authorized users are responsible for verifying important information before taking action based on it.

18. Intellectual Property

ColleX, including its software, source code, interface, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, documentation, and other platform components, is owned by or licensed to VimanoTech.

Users and subscribing organizations receive only the rights necessary to use the Platform in accordance with their applicable agreement and these Terms.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Platform.

19. Third-Party Services

ColleX may integrate with third-party services, including payment services, communication services, mapping providers, authentication services, cloud infrastructure, and other enterprise systems.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and requirements.

VimanoTech is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.

20. Application Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of ColleX.

However, the Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance
Security updates
Infrastructure upgrades
Network failures
Third-party service outages
Device or operating system issues
Events beyond our reasonable control

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

21. Updates

ColleX may receive updates, security patches, bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features through authorized distribution channels.

Users may be required to install certain updates to continue using the Platform.

Continued use following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version of the Platform and applicable Terms.

22. Google Play and Apple App Store Compliance

Where ColleX is distributed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, use of the application is also subject to the applicable rules and policies of the relevant distribution platform.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to modify or supersede the applicable terms of Google, Apple, or other authorized distribution platforms.

If a conflict exists between these Terms and mandatory platform requirements applicable to the distribution of the application, the applicable platform requirements will apply to the extent required for distribution.

23. Suspension and Termination

VimanoTech or the subscribing organization may suspend or terminate a user's access where:

These Terms are violated.
Unauthorized activity is detected.
Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
The user's organizational authorization is withdrawn.
Required by law or regulatory authorities.
Suspension is necessary to protect the Platform, users, customers, or organizational data.

Upon termination, access to ColleX and associated account functionality may be disabled.

24. Disclaimer

ColleX is a technology platform for field collection and visit management.

ColleX does not itself:

Provide loans or credit.
Approve or reject loans.
Determine customer credit eligibility.
Provide financial advice.
Provide investment advice.
Determine the amount payable by a customer.
Guarantee collection or repayment outcomes.

The subscribing organization remains responsible for its lending, collection, customer communication, and business practices.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VimanoTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of ColleX.

VimanoTech shall not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by customers, organizations, integrated systems, payment providers, mapping services, or other third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

26. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the subscribing organization agrees to indemnify and hold VimanoTech harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

Unauthorized use of ColleX by its personnel.
Unlawful collection activities.
Violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Unauthorized processing or disclosure of customer information.
Misuse of payment links or payment information.
Information or content supplied by the organization or its users.

27. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India, unless otherwise agreed under a separate commercial agreement.

28. Changes to These Terms

VimanoTech may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or business practices.

Updated Terms will be made available through the Platform or the Company's website.

Continued use of ColleX after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
